Brown Hares

Near the village of Etton, East Yorkshire, brown hares were spending their early Sunday morning pottering about the fields.  At the sight of a camera, they usually scatter to the farthest corner of the field, unless the camera is poking out of a bag hide, in which case they’re happy to come right up and say, ‘Hello’.  Look carefully into the hare’s eye and you’ll see me…
